Its st pattys day weekend, many of you will be freakin'

pleasure, thrill, and trouble-seeking

of booze and fried food truly reaking

Or you might be the more traditional paddy's celebrator

Maybe some Guinness extra cold, chowing corned beef and ham (with plenty left for later)

Traditional Irish songs played by a celtic band

Making you dream of the Irish seaside sand

Me, well i'm in Vegas with Palter Ego, and we're doing our damn thing.

Maybe tomorrow i'll hit up Walgreens for a 3-pack of Irish spring

Yes, the last report i sent addressed my trip to South By Southwest

But a great opportunity presented itself, so we put our Austin dream to rest.

Palter Ego got booked to play 5 nights at Las Vegas' hottest new hotel

The Cosmopolitan; it's music stage is great and the gig is going well.

I havent left the premises since we arrived monday night

The food is incredible, my room's legit, and the pools are really tight.

I've been in my room working on alot of music, straight on the focused tip

Throw in a little march madness, and all in all its been a great trip.

So the next travel plans, once I leave the city of Sin

Are back to Chicago, the city of my birth, Air Jordan, and wind

Jesse and I return to chicago for a 3-set show

At Katerina's, and after this week of gigs we're tight and ready to go

I've played at Katerina's since it opened and i'm so proud of its evolution

It's transformed from a small northside venue into a Chitown institution

So to all my Chicago friends fam and fans, it will be great to see you out

Sure to be a great hang, and you can see what my last few months have (musically) been about

Some LA shows await in april, including the Barshmallow roast part 2
