Report from the East Side
Its been 2.5 weeks since I've been here in Aisj (pronuciation: Asia shortened to 1 syllable)
Tho its gone by so fast seems like jus' a couple days
I'm out here with the Barsh Band west-coast Edition
Gene Coye on drums, Gabe Noel on bass, bringing the music to fruition
We're rocking steady at 2 different venues in the world's largest Casinhotel
Playing a combinaish of Barsh tunes and fresh jams, the opposite of creative hell
I'm living in a 4 star suite, though the window view's easy to beat (see below photo links)
The 4 pools and free personal trainers are quite a treat
And exotic foods offer mad options to eat
Audiences are insonsist, cuz the full Macau experience has yet to exist
With construction dust the air's amist, (were I a local I'd be pissed)
Its all the product of one man's decision, to bring an Asian Las Vegas to fruition
Sheldon Adelson is that man alright, the man who put the Venetian upright
Who's Cotai Strip casinos soon will soon light up the night ( and whose monetary contributions sent me to Israel on Birthright)

Needless to say I'm having a blast
Playing hard every day has my chops moving real fast.
So any of ya'll that wanna challenge me to a piano scales competition
Bring it on; I'll launch yo asses onto a road of submission!
Just kidding, I choose not to purvey the scale-battle tradition
Lest some 5-year-old Russian prodigy school me back into the fetal position
In my spare time I've been checking out hong kong
Making music industry contacts, and loving me long
walks through the various wonders HK offers
To witness for yourself, check out my photo coffers:
